It will be a requirement for any player wishing to play Varsity Girls Soccer to:

- Run 5.5 laps in under 12 minutes.
- 15 Push ups in 90 seconds
- 40 Sit ups in 90 Seconds
- 1 pull up OR 60 Second hang
Offseason weightroom & Speed and Agility:
Monday 4-5pm and Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm
