The active participation among parents and athletes supporting the booster club will increase by 10%.
1. To establish Baseline data of the number of different parents volunteering at booster club events during the 2016-2017 school year. 2. To establish Baseline data for the number of athletes who volunteer to work at the Northern Wisconsin State Fair. 3. To establish Baseline data of the number of athletes who sell raffle tickets. 4. To establish Baseline data of the number of athletes who turn in unsold tickets.
Girls soccer will collect data on athlete volunteers, parent volunteers and sold/returned Extravaganza raffle tickets.
Skill development Pillar
Goal One: All in season athlete programs will have a 100% of their athletes participate in school-sponsored sport specific strength and conditioning programs for a minimum of two days per week.
Girls soccer will participate in Friday workouts and will do agility training during the week to incorporate the Volt program.
Program growth pillar
Goal one all programs will develop a plan to interact with youth and youth organisation connected with their sport.
Girls soccer might invite local Rec and Chippewa Falls Strikers programs for a practice and youth recognition night.
Goal One: During the 2016-2017 school year all programs will do three things that shows/teaches/reinforces sportsmanship.

Community Pillar Goal Two: All programs with provide direction and Leadership to youth organizations in an effort to facilitate the use of best practices in the sport for health and safety of kids and to increase participation. Goal Three: facilitate and schedule a yearly educational program with support of local businesses the program would rotate the focus every three years between parents coaches and student-athletes. The first such program will occur no later than May 2019.
Self Development Pillar Goal two: All athletic programs will develop a method for teaching and promoting an increased awareness in game intelligence and strategy. Goal Three: All athletic programs will employ methods for developing and measuring sport specific skills development. Goal Four: All athletic programs will intentionally teach and develop the mental set for all athletes to succeed in adverse and challenging conditions.

Goal Three: Coaches will participate in professional development activities. Goal four: We will provide the resources and support needed to develop and retain quality coaches. Goal Five: The number of multiple Sports athletes will increase by 10%.
Character Pillar Goal Two: As an athletic department we will develop a handbook on leadership roles and responsibilities by the end of 2017 to 2018 school year. Goal Three: All teams perform at least three service projects throughout the course of the school year. Project Redbirds would be one of those three and another would have to do with the Youth of our community
